Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to paid promotion plans purchased on VQVIEW.
Digital promotions
Paid promotions are digital visibility placements that begin as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because the benefit starts immediately, promotions are generally non-refundable once active.
Cancellations
You can choose not to renew a promotion at any time. A promotion runs for the duration purchased and then simply ends.
Problems with a payment
If you were charged incorrectly or a promotion did not activate, contact us on Instagram @VQview.in with your details and we will review it.
